must be provided for your protection)

- Security Payslips posted to all employee's addresses or to your Company premises (whichever you prefer), with all
reports sent to you.
- Year End Payroll Process, including P11's PAYE/NI, P32 -Employer's Payment Summary, Payment
Reconciliation, Employer Costs and/or SMP Reconciliation Reports, P14 (Year End Summary),
P35 Sections 1 and 2, including your Employer Declaration Summary of total NI/PAYE for each
Employee and your Summary which is sent to the HMRC
You only need to provide the following Company details :

8. Paye Account Reference Number
9. Name of each Pension Scheme, (Econ and Scon numbers if
applicable), employment length, if required and rates.
10. Employee's details: (Name, address, Company Department, employee reference code, National Insurance Number, Tax Code, Methods of Payment, Bank details, Payment Rates, Company Cars and Mileage, and any other other relevant payment and deduction information; (ie. Student Loans).
